Really amazing. Usually I have a difficult time with historical romances due to how men used to treat women and, well, just the basic conditions of that time but for once...I loved it. There were annoying things as one is used to finding in a book but very small ones, not nearly enough to keep me from enjoying this book immensely. I loved knowing Brand, Ivo, Alaida, Ari and Meri. They were awesome characters and I will miss them all deeply.
