Surprisingly good and sweet. It's very hard for me to like PNR's with vampires. Authors either portray them as mild and sparkling or arrogant dip-shits. In fact it's quite difficult to achieve balance and therefore I'm usually turned off by said novels but this one was really good in that. Kade was clearly all male and alpha but he had an honour and sweetness about him that completely captivated me even when he lied through his teeth. Well done. And although Val was completely in love with him she was no shrinking violet either. She had no problem standing up to him and his overbearing attitude. Quite delightful to watch. Great match. Really entertaining and fun.
